All tickets are sold online and in advance only. Tickets will be sent at the time of booking via the email provided.
Yes. Our on site bar is stocked with a range of alcoholic and soft drinks drinks. Ticket holders are subject to bag searches upon entry. Alcohol found on a visitor’s person will be confiscated for the duration of your visit. Alcohol can only be purchased from our venue’s bar. If we think you are under the influence of drugs you will be escorted off site and you will forfeit your ticket.
For the safety of our actors, no overly intoxicated guests will be allowed entry to our mazes
Yes. There are gendered and disabled toilets on site.
I.D. must be photographic. We will accept a Passport or driving licence.
The actors will not touch you. DO NOT touch them. We have a no touch policy, however if you don’t behave while going through the scare maze… They will not play nice and you will be asked to leave the event.

Scare Asylum is open until 10pm (11pm on Halloween night.) The last entry to the attractions is 15 minutes before event close.
Our busiest nights are Friday and Saturday. The closer to Halloween, the busier we are. To ease the queue times we run multiple intakes and mazes. Your ticket gives you entry to our soft play frame, you can enjoy this while you wait for the queue to go down.
Last entry 9pm on most days and 10pm on Halloween. Scare Asylum is open until 10pm (11pm on Halloween). Scare maze queues close 15 minutes before the vent closes.

Photography or filming is not allowed inside of our scare mazes. You make take photos while in the playframe and bar.
Our event is held 100% indoors.

Because of the narrow passageways, uneven floor and confined spaces our scare mazes are is not suitable for people who use wheelchairs, frames or crutches. The food & bar area welcomes everyone to come and enjoy the terror. Concessions apply, please email info@razetheroof.co.uk for more info.
We strongly advise you to wear a pair of flat comfortable shoes. You will face uneven floors and potentially slippery surfaces.
No shoes are worn in ‘Playzone; Party’s over’ due to it being house in part of our soft play frame.
Our event contains two live action horror mazes, unlimited play frame access and a bar. There is a whole night of terror and entertainment on offer at Scare Asylum.
Food is not allowed to be brought into the event. There are sweet and savoury snacks for sale at our bar.
